Bid lodged for David Bell

The plight of Luton Town FC is one known to most fans. Reaching the heights of the Championship under Mike Newell, Luton proceeded to then self combust, selling all of their stars one by one. Now, the team are a shell of their former self having been dragged through administration into League Two, with only one star left – David Bell.

Bell left Town on loan to Leicester in the January transfer window after a number of eye catching performances for the Hatters, including Luton’s spirited FA Cup clash against Liverpool. Playing only 6 times, Bell still impressed despite Leicester being relegated to League One.

Now Bell, who can play out wide or in central midfield, has a number of suitors – including, according to Sky Sports – Norwich. I for one think this lad would improve our squad and offer a creative influence we could use in our midfield options.
